SAVANNAH, Ga., Aug. 13, 2024 – Genesis recently supported youth sports and STEAM education initiatives in Coastal Georgia, home to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). Genesis partnered with the Georgia Hi-Lo Trail in support of its youth sports initiative, Kids Bike League. Additionally, Genesis hosted a science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education workshop from Child Creativity Lab at the Frank Callen Boys & Girls Club in Savannah. The support comes from Genesis Motor America’s corporate social responsibility initiative, Genesis Gives, which is committed to the development of the future generation by investing in STEAM and youth sports programming.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., May 16, 2024 – In continuation of programming through its partnership with TGR Foundation, Genesis employees recently volunteered at the TGR Learning Lab in Anaheim, California to advance access to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education for youth in the community. Partnering with Child Creativity Lab, Genesis hosted workshops at the TGR Learning Lab where members participating in the after-school program learned how to develop their own future mobility vehicles using reclaimed and upcycled materials. Additionally, Ash Corson, director of product planning at Genesis Motor North America, highlighted his automotive journey, showcased two Genesis models, and detailed potential career opportunities in the industry for the youth in attendance.

MONTGOMERY, Ala., May 7, 2024 – Genesis Gives, the corporate social responsibility initiative from Genesis Motor America, recently donated $50,000 to Alabama State University (ASU) to provide scholarships to undergraduate students in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. This contribution marks the inaugural donation to ASU’s Mechanical Engineering Program, launching this fall. Montgomery, Alabama is home to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA), which assembles the Genesis Electrified GV70 SUV.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 6, 2024 – Genesis Gives, the corporate social responsibility initiative from Genesis Motor America, and the Genesis Inspiration Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting education through the arts, collectively donated $30,000 to advance science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education in Charlotte. Thrive Global Project received $10,000 from Genesis Gives and Do Greater Charlotte received $20,000 from the Genesis Inspiration Foundation and Genesis of Charlotte.

Savannah, Ga., April 30, 2024 – Genesis and Genesis Inspiration Foundation recently donated to local nonprofits in Savannah, Ga. to support science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education, arts education, and youth sports initiatives. The Frank Callen Boys & Girls Club received a total of $65,000 from Genesis and Genesis Inspiration Foundation. Genesis also supported the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Savannah United, First Tee Savannah, and Girls on the Run of Coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry for their respective programs. Ceremonial checks were presented in Savannah, Georgia the week of April 22.

CLERMONT, Fla., April 25, 2024 – Genesis Gives, the corporate social responsibility initiative from Genesis Motor America, and the Genesis Inspiration Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting education through the arts, collectively donated $20,000 to advance science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education in central Florida. The Everglades Foundation received $10,000 from Genesis Gives and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida received $10,000 from the Genesis Inspiration Foundation. Ceremonial checks were presented in Clermont, Florida.

ATLANTA, July 18, 2023 – Today, Genesis announced the grand opening of Genesis of Atlanta, the brand’s sixth standalone retail facility in the United States and its first in Georgia. COCONUT CREEK, Fla., March 13, 2023 – Today, Genesis announced the opening of Coconut Creek Genesis, the brand’s fourth standalone retail facility in the United States and its first in Florida. Genesis plans to open several additional U.S. retail facilities this year.

APPLETON, Wis., March 7, 2023 – Today, Genesis announced the opening of Genesis of Appleton, the brand’s third standalone retail facility in the U.S. and its first in the Midwest. Genesis plans to open several additional U.S. retail facilities this year.

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif., Feb. 15, 2023 – Genesis Gives, the corporate social responsibility initiative of Genesis Motor North America, and the Genesis Inspiration Foundation announced their commitment of $1 million to TGR Foundation to advance science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education for youth over the next five years at the TGR Learning Lab. Part of this partnership will include learning opportunities for students from TGR Foundation at the Genesis Design Studio.
